Audible leak detected at threads behind hammer union on 2" production line. 100% LEL and 5% Methane/volume detected at thread leak. Spoke with Mark Watson (Repsol) on location, informed him and showed him the thread leak, Mark informed me that he would contact the well tender for the pad and get the leak fixed sometime today. Will conduct a follow up inspection tomorrow 2/22/2019. |
