2352042 | Primary Facility | 2015-03-11 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Arrived @ 9:42. Weather warm, thaw on-going. Saxon 171 onsite. Met with company man Vaughn Swanson. Gerald Van Wulfen the rig superintendent was also onsite. Rig released @8:00. The 10H (015-23104) was the last well drilled. Bumped the plug for the production casing cement job at 21:15 and returned 20 bbls of good cement to surface. Swanson drilled 5 new wells on the pad. It was not possible to view the newly drilled wells but there was no bubbling, according to Swanson. The last well had some gas ~4500’ at top of Geneseo. The 4 old wells were shut-in at the time of my inspection. Water from the thawing pad was accumulating at the well heads. This was being vacced up during my inspection. The access road was covered in ~ 8” of deeply rutted mud. This was to be scrapped and rocked later in the day. The road was rocked the following day according to DEP WQS Brendan Logan. I left the location at 10:20. |
2706365 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Inspection to assess overall site conditions. No violations noted. |
2792606 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's Feusner (03-053) well pad in Columbia Twp, Bradford County on 10/22/2018 at 1340 hours. The weather was cloudy & breezy and 42 degrees.
The sign on the gate has fallen off and is lying on the ground (See photo #1). There are currently 9 active wells onsite with two production tanks. All fluids on the pad surface were field measured within normal conductivity ranges. The site is stabilized and no erosion issues were noted. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1405. |
2799197 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-06 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Feusner 03-053 Well Pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/6/2018 at 1050 hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 51 degrees and raining.
This site currently has 9 producing wells and two production tanks. All PCSM practices are in place and appear to be functioning. The site is well vegetated, stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report will be accepted upon submission. I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1120. |
