Vegetative cover on site is greater than 70% and temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs have been removed. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. The current well permit expires on 06/15/2016. In order to remain in compliance with the Department's regulations pertaining to site restoration (Title 58 Pa. C.S. § 3216), a new well permit application or a request for a 2-year extension of time should be submitted. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
