2597427 Primary Facility 2017-05-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 24, 2017, at 1230 hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company, LLC, GU-11-Pad in Standing Stone Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and the weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the pad were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. PCSM has been addressed at the site.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were observed on secondary containment. There were no puddles on the well pad surface. No staining was observed.

No violations were observed. The Department left the site at 1320 hrs.

2705342 Primary Facility 2018-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 8, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company LLC, GU-11-Pad in Standing Stone Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was mostly snow covered, so an accurate assessment of site stabilization was not able to be made. Rock infiltration trenches have been installed at the site. The well pad has not been reduced in size.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was tagged and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were also on site. No puddles or staining was observed on the well pad surface. A tank with unknown contents was also on site next to the well head. The tank was in secondary containment. Stormwater within all containment structures was low in specific conductivity.

No violations were observed during the inspection.
