2597434 | Primary Facility | 2017-05-24 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived onsite @ 12:05 hrs. and met Ray Miller and Brandon Jessen of Chief. H& P Flex rig 513 on location drilling the South 1H well; crew was nippling up the well for a BOP test when I arrived. Sitewide liner was covered by rig mats, berms appeared to be in good condition. Some rusty colored water had collected in a corner of the containment near the chemical storage area where no rig mats were down; I recommended it be vacced up. Generator sets are being run with natural gas brought in from pipeline. I departed @ 12:50 hrs. |
2656933 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-31 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Site was quiet when I arrived, with only 2 vac trucks and their operators on location. 4 temporary sand separators were set up on containment near the well heads. The secondary containments for the Baker tanks were in excellent condition, and the sitewide liner also appeared to be in good shape. Some foam berms had been removed from the sitewide liner in a traffic area, but no fluid was present on or off containment that showed elevated conductance. I recommend that these berms be left in place as much as possible. |
