Steady rain falling. Puddles on the pad surface showed conductance readings from .35 mS/cm to .85 mS/cm, and most of the water on containment showed similar values. One area of water on the liner (approximately 20' x 80') showed elevated conductance (2.1- 16.3 mS/cm); I pointed this area out to Gibb. Several vac trucks were actively working on the site, and Gibb told me he would have them focus in that area. |
