---|---|---|---|---|---|
2638659 | Primary Facility | 2017-09-14 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well is in production. There is a pump jack onsite with some sheen on the rods. There is a slight smell of gas onsite and all of the valves are open. Well integrity appears to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills noticeable. There is some rust, but it is only superficial. A 55 bbl plastic tank is also onsite. There is a label on the well, however, after comparing it to the plat, the label has the wrong well number and permit. The correct well is the #3 and the label was using the data for the #1. Operator was contacted and was told it would be fixed. |
