2629566 | Primary Facility | 2017-08-22 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well was producing. There is a pump jack hooked up to electricity. The rods have a slight sheen. Integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills from the well. Well is hooked up to a long drip. A gauge was reading 8 psi. There was also a pressure relief valve that was venting a small amount of gas. It appears as though the gas is going to a building. There was also a steel tank within an earthen dike. I did not see a label on the well. Production was last reported in 2002. Please use the DEP's Greenport website to do this. |
