2747502 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-26 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well was shut in. This is an oil well with a pump jack hooked up to electricity. I did not notice any devices for automatically turning pump jack on. Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. Any gas that is produced is vented and there was a slight smell of gas in the air. The well has some rust on it, but was not an issue. The well was properly labeled. Oil is sent to a steel tank that is in an earthen dike. It appears to be 4 7/8" inside of 6 1/4" casing with rods and tubing. Production has never been reported. Please start doing this to provide proof that well produces on a yearly basis. |
