All are open on top. Nothing is venting out. Dropped a stone inside 4 7/8" and hit water after about 2 seconds. There is also a large casing water well next to well. Water level can be seen in well. It appears that John W. Snyder passes away in 2002 and well doesn't appear to have been taken over by anyone else. Well will be put on to the abandoned well plugging fund. |
