2664010 Primary Facility 2017-11-21 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, NWP onsite waiting for wireline truck. 4 1/2" casing was cut, but won't pull. Well still had circulation so it was believed the cut did not go 360* so wireline truck called out to try again. Prior to this, attempting to pump to TD failed because the cement retainer at 5200' would not open. Several attempts were made with no success. It has a 10,000 psi rating so it was agreed to use this as attainable bottom and the retainer could act as a bridge plug. Cement was placed on top of the retainer up to 3844'. The 4 1/2" was then "cut" at 3812'. This is when the attempts to pull it up occurred.
2668925 Primary Facility 2017-11-30 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no activity was taking place at the site. Well has been plugged and a vent with marker has been installed over the well. Area surrounding the well was seeded and mulched and brought back to contour. Activity from last inspection would start with 4 1/2" being recut and pulled up. Cement plugs were set at 3803'-3480', 2430'-1850', 1610'-1450'. Gel in between cement. 7" casing was set at 1503'. At 1450', a Cast Iron Bridge Plug was set. There is gel on top of that to 470'. Last cement plug was set from 470'-361'. Water was emptied and the vent installed.
