Integrity of the well appears to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. There was no corrosion seen. Cellar was covered with a grated, steel plate and top of gravel is several feet below ground level. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign remained posted at the entrance to the lease access. There was a gauge for casing reading 306 psi and one for tubing reading 175 psi. There were 3 dual line heaters on the pad. There were also 6 tanks within a lined, steel dike (3 for produced water, 3 for condensate). |
