2783326 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-26 | Complaint Inspection | No Violations Noted | On site concerning a report of excessive noise coming from the Christensen well pad. Inspection shows no drilling or stimulation equipment on site. Wells at time of inspection were not in production. Spoke with Gary Clark and he mentioned that there are waiting for Acoustic Sounds to set up a 3 day monitoring system test to see if a sound walls are needed and if so a proper design. I have requested the production Forman Casey Eckman (412-585-2815) to notify when the test is scheduled to begin. |
2799365 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-06 | Complaint Inspection | No Violations Noted | On site for follow-up inspection concerning a report of excessive noise coming from the Christensen well pad reported on 9/25/18. Inspection shows two wells on site the Christensen Unit 4H and the Christensen 6H. At the time of the inspection the Christensen Unit 4H was in production with the Christensen 6H shut in. Two designated GPU and dryers for each well (photo attached). Previous report explained a three day test was scheduled to see if sound walls were needed. I spoke with production Forman Casey Eckman (412-585-2815) by phone concerning the status. The test was not conducted but sound walls are going to be installed. Production could be heard flowing through the unit upon entering the well pad approximately 100 yards + or - away. At the same time traffic could be heard behind me on Saxonburg Road. Freshly planted trees (photos attached) have been planted along the lease entrance and along the side of the location with the production units and tank battery. |
