2855331 Primary Facility 2019-03-19 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Lightning Energy Services was onsite drilling mouse holes. This well was spud and 24" conductor pipe was set to around 40'. The cellar has been set. Cuttings were being placed in roll off tanks. The Emergency Response sign and permit postings were properly placed at the site entrance. Surrounding areas where earth works had occurred have been seeded and mulched.
