Erected monument present but it appears to be structurally compromised. Department recommends Operator maintain integrety of monument and ensure well tag is permanently affixed on monument. Site is snow covered however no E&S issues observed. It appears site is restored and access road has been removed and is restored. Being refered to OGI P. Wyrwas for follow up inspection. |
