Well assembly consisted 7 inch pipe reduce to 4 inch and connected to 2 inch production line and connected 3 gate valves. No well tag present at the well head. . No data logger was present and appears that the well is abandoned. The 100 bbl was heavily corroded tank showing holes within the tank walls along with heavy corrosion to the separator and plumbing. No fluids present in the tank. This tank was connected to production system. At the time of inspection, no indication of IW and E&S issues at the site. No gas leaks occurring around well head. |
