No active leak observed. Dept contacted Opr Rep Jake Stilley to recommend updating WT and monitoring BT to ensure structural integrity is not compromised. Mr. Stilley stated that he would send the well tender out today.On 12-30-15 Opr contacted Dept stating well tag has been replaced and BT is being removed because well no longer produces production fluids.This insp remains PENDING. A follow up insp will be conducted. |
