Permit and drillers log were present at the site along with receipts of cement slips showing 16:30 hrs of completion of cement. Whipstock was not drilling at the time and was allowing the cement to set. No circulation or cement return was noted on cement slip. Stratigraphy log showed ss, sh, limestone. |

The dept recommended that a broom truck also be utilized to clean the roadways. A follow up inspection will be completed to ensure compliance. Once at the site, access road entrance was not properly rocked and was muddy. Rig was no longer onsite, well drilled not yet set for production. Site did not exhibit any accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues. |

Operator complied with the department¿s requests in an efficient and courteous manor. No accelerated E&S issues were observed. It is recommended that the operator continue to maintain the access road, as well as all roadways leading to the well during all phases of construction in order to prevent such an event from occurring in the future. |
