2672435 | Primary Facility | 2017-12-15 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine site inspection of Seneca Resources CRV PAD C08-X on December 15, 2017. There are a total of 7 producing Marcellus wells located on this well pad. Stationed near the well heads in secondary man-made containment is a frac tank with a berm. There are 7 gas production units located on the E edge of the well pad. In addition, there are (5) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks stationed in a modular secondary cobtainment along the N edge of the well pad. Water within this containment is frozen and snow covered.
The well pad and surrounding areas are snow covered. E&S controls and PCSM are in place and appear to be functioning as design. A notice of termination has not been approved to date for this ESCGP and the well pad remains at full built out. |
2692480 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-08 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of this inspection this well was in production. The wellhead assembly, all flow lines, fittings, and vented annulus was tested for gas. Results of this testing was that gas was detected on the 9 5/8"x 5 1/2" vented annulus.
