2806090 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-20 | Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) | No Violations Noted | A routine inspection of this plugged, conventional gas well was conducted November 20, 2018. The operator has recently submitted, or re-submitted, a Certificate of Plugging indicating the well was plugged in 2011. The well has held an "active" well status. The purpose of today's inspection is to evaluate the adequacy of plugging after reviewing the certificate of plugging. At the time of inspection, the location was snow covered. There is a 2" vent pipe monument with marker erected as a plugged well monument. There was no audible or visible venting observed at the vent. The area surrounding the base of the vent was snow-covered. The snow was clean; no evidence of discharge. There were no open holes, discharges, venting, or other obvious issues observed. |
