Annulus vent (8-5/8" x 4-1/2") is open and vented. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus; 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production equipment includes a drip; measurement equipment - orifice meter station. API number of this well written on the label is wrong, needs to be corrected. Also DEP recommends applying new coating system and/or paint on wellhead and production equipment on location in order to prevent further corrosion. No violations are noted at time of inspection.
