Annular vent is open and vented at the time of inspection. Digital pressure gauge on the top of the production xmas tree reads 219 PSI, casing pressure gauge reads 270 psi. 100% LEL and 82% combustible gas was detected at the 5-1/2" x 2-3/8" annulus vent. There are 4 drilled and producing Marcellus wells located on the pad. All well cellars are full of gravel and/or snow. There are (2) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment. In addition, there are (3) 200 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in a separate secondary containment. Frozen water was observed in both sets of produced fluids secondary containment. No signs of leaks from either containment were observed. Each produced fluids tank was labeled. Part of the well pad has been partially restored. In addition, both impoundments (2 & 3 MG) have been fully restored and are well vegetated. No E&S issues were observed. The well pad and surrounding areas are partially snow covered. No violations noted. |
