2614052	Primary Facility	2017-06-15	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	This well located west off of Piney Dam Road and is set-up for production with a pump jack, brine tank in secondary containment and a plastic tote for oil. There is evidence of a brine release in the past however vegetation has started to grow in the affected areas and there are tanks set, it appears that all fluids are now captured and contained. Any container holding oil needs to be in secondary containment. All produced fluid, this includes brine and oil, need to be captured and disposed of or sold at a permitted facility. Any release of these fluids is a violation and needs to be reported immediately. Access road is stable. Production report for 2015 received. Production reporting for the year is due February 15 of the following year.
