There was some activity on the well pad with flow lines being laid out. The well integrity was in good condition. The Emergency Response sign and permit signs were posted at the entrance to the site. Christmas tree was installed on the wellhead. There were 4 line heater/separator units set up onsite and contained within a lined, steel dike were 6 tanks.

Three wells permit numbers 031-25686, 031-25689 and 031-25690 have been drilled and fracked on this site. The wells are set-up for production and gas transfer line has been installed. Production reporting through November 2018 shows no production. These well need to be put in production or inactive status requested until such time they can be produced. If production reporting or a request for inactive status is not forthcoming these wells will be considered abandoned and will need to be plugged.
