As was previously agreed to with EXCO, in conjunction with the mechanical integrity test of the well bore/packer, EXCO is to perform a pressure test of the ~1000' buried 2" steel supply line that conveys pressurized, treated Marcellus production fluids from the downhole pump at the treatment/pumphouse building downhill to the Irvin A19 wellhead. Operations at the treatment facility remain essentially unchanged. Marcellus production fluids are being delivered via tri-axle truckloads ~100-110 bbls/load (4-5 trucks/day) from exclusively EXCO wells in western and central Pennsylvania. Tri-axel truckloads are scheduled by the plant operator typically during daylight hours, offloading at the lined truck loadout pad. This loadout area is lined with felt and gravel. Any spills in this area can flow to a built-in manhole located within this containment area. Each truck off-load of raw fluids is mixed with anti-corrosion additive at the truck off-load station.
