Due to the original pad size no ESCGP was issued because the pad construction was under the 5 acre threshold. There is one vertical Marcellus well remaining (033-26673) that is in production. I did not observe a well tag on the well head. I recommend tagging the well per 78a regulations. A produced fluids tank is stationed within an unlined, earthen secondary containment berm. The restored area is well vegetated. No E&S issues were observed during my inspection. |
