There is one Marcellus well (033-27033) drilled and stimulated on this well pad. This well is currently in Regulatory Inactive Status and will expire on 4/22/19. Zero pressure was observed on the well head gauge. No production equipment is located onsite. There is no pipeline to this well pad. A well site restoration report has been submitted and was approved on 10/13/16 for this above listed well permit. The well pad remains the original footprint size of 430' x 330'. PSCMs have been installed per the PSCM drawings. A notice of termination was approved by the Department on 10/25/16 for coverage under ESX11-033-0013(01). Overall, the site appears in good condition. PCSMs appear to be functioning as designed. The area surrounding the well pad is very well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues were observed. No violations noted. |
