No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The poly brine tank at this location has been disconnected from the well. The brine tank is located in an earthen berm. The chart recorder was dated 3/13/19. The well head was screened with an Altair 5x Multi-gas meter. No measurable gas detected.
