COP Tract 248 20 well. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The chart recorder was dated 3/14/19. There is a fiberglass brine tank at the well but it is disconnected. The Department recommends that if the tank is no longer needed that it be removed.
