Harbison-Walker 6 (035-21043) Harbison-Walker 7 (035-21044) Harbison-Walker 3 (035-20977) Harbison Walker 5 (035-21042) All four wells were in production at the time of inspection through 4 1/2"” w/swage and valve. Backside of 4 ½” is vented on all 4 wells. There were no obvious integrity issues observed at the time of inspection. Please double-check the permit numbers on brine tanks. Note to future inspectors: Try to avoid heading up the mountain from town of Monument to access these wells. The best way in is from Beech Creek Mountain road. |
