Routine inspection of Diversified Oil & Gas, LLC., Agostinelli & Mase Pad, Well # 6 on December 10, 2018. There is 1 active and producing well on this pad.
Annular vent (7" x 4-1/2") was open and vented. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus; 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production equipment includes a drip, methanol bottle and production water tank; measurement equipment - orifice meter station. Observed severe surface equipment corrosion. DEP recommends applying new coating system and/or paint on wellhead and production equipment on location in order to prevent further corrosion. Also annulus vent needs to be replaced or repaired, and area underneath - cleaned up. Production line pressure is 10 PSI.
