Agostinelli & Mase 2 Well. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. Fiberglass brine tank is plumbed to the well. The well appeared to be inactive. There was no chart in the chart recorder.
