Routine inspection of Diversified Oil & Gas, LLC., Agostinelli & Mase Pad, Well # 32 on August 15, 2018. There is 1 active and producing well on this pad. Annular vent (7" x 4-1/2") was open, partially buried. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent or in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production line pressure was 10 psi, production casing pressure - 10 psi. Production processing equipment includes - production water tank, methanol drip bottle and shut-off drip; measurement equipment ¿ orifice meter station. Well tag was loose at the time of inspection, DEP recommendation is to place permanent well tag. No violation noted at time of inspection.
