The Department received the NOT on February 2, 2018. In addition, Range Resources submitted a well site restoration report for well 37-035-21204. I conducted a well site restoration and notice of termination inspection on February 16, 2018 at the Arrowhead facility. No one was onsite during my inspection.
The site sign, PPC plan, ESCGP, E & S log, and well permits were onsite and available for review. The well pad has been reduced in size per the well site restoration plans. Three sediment traps have been installed per the PCSM plans. The traps are located in the SE, SW, and NW toe of slope. The restored area on the pad and surrounding areas are fully vegetated and exceed 70% perennial vegetative cover. All temporary E & S BMPs have been removed from the site.
