The area surrounding the well has been restored and is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. The chart recorder is dated 3/15/18. Company name, contact information, and well permit number are located on the chart recorder. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head and connected piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary.
