Spoke to a local person doing work on the farm who said he remembers the well, near the pond, a long time ago but suggested that all surface equipment may have been removed. Spoke to a newer resident of the area who said they new nothing of the well. Walked the field off gas well road, could not locate the well. We also checked the cluster of trees near the house and could not find it. Well record is on file. TD reported at 7445'. Well record also says "dry hole, P&A", though the adequacy of plugging is unknown. |
