The 3" line from the well to the production tanks had developed a leak and leaked a small amount of oil and gas inside the dike. I contacted the well owner, George Lapradd on 12/19/11 and questioned him about the leak. He explained that he was aware of it and had asked the landowner to fix it. I explained to him that I would be sending him and inspection report documenting what I found, and that he would need to respond to me in writing re: how and when he fixed the leak before it could go back into production. I also explained he would need to have the small amount of oil cleaned up and new stone put in. I explained he needed to call me once the work was complete. and before resuming production. |
