1972087 Primary Facility 2011-05-10 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Follow-up to check BMP maintenance following winter season and prior to rig arrivial. 1973070 Primary Facility 2011-05-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
1973311 Primary Facility 2011-05-16 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Upon inspection I found the rig on-site but not operating. I walked the site perimeter and found all E&S controls in place and functioning as designed. The E&S Plan and permit where on-site. I found no evidence of erosion and sedimentation issues. teh pipe discharge onto Rt 5 was light brown. I did notice the soil between the grape vine rows was tiled and top soil broken. This would increase the chance of soil particles entering field drain tiles in the vineyard that would subsequenty flow to Rt 5 road ditch.

1976631 Primary Facility 2011-05-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Upon inspection today I found the drilling rig on-site, but not in operation. Operator indicated they needed to make adjustments to the rig before proceeding any further. I also noted a new diversion ditch had been constructed across the site between the rig and the waste pit. This ditch is setup to handle surface runoff from the vineyard to the sump on the north edge of the site. This ditch replaces the diversion ditch that ran along the west side of the site, that had to be moved to accomadate the waste pit. The waste pit had several feet of freeboard. I inspected all E&S controls and found no violations.

1979901 Primary Facility 2011-06-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On site inspection to check status of pit closure. Upon inspection I found the small pit covered and the large pit in the process of reclaim. The operator was waiting on delivery of a top cover liner before finishing the final pit closure for this pit. The cover was to be delivered the night of 6/2/11 and installed the next day. The well site was stabile and all E&S controls in place.
