The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present in the mail box. The well was labeled and appeared to be in good condition. The tank on site showed signs of corrosion and should be inspected to verify integrity. The site was well vegetated and no signs of a pollutional discharge were observed at the time of inspection.
