1864975 | Primary Facility | 2010-02-12 | Complaint Inspection | No Violations Noted | 2/12/10 - I drove the entire length of Duck Pond Road twice and found no evidence of any mud, road damage or property damage. I then drove the entire length of the access road to the Atlas¿ Clarke well sites, since it is where drilling activity off of Duck Pond Road is occurring. The access road was is good condition and no tire ruts or pot holes were noticed, which would be indicative of any mud being transferred off site. I had previously inspected this site on 11/06/2009 and 1/07/2010 and never noticed any problems with the condition of the access road or with Duck Pond Road. 2/23/10 - contact the complainant, He said that he did not file a complaint with the Department. He did file a complaint with the Department in January 2008 and that everything was taken care of then and he hasn¿t experienced any problems since. |
