The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion and sedimentation. The wells appeared to be in good condition and there was no evidence of a release from the site. There were no diesel fuel storage vessels on the site.

2598828 Primary Facility 2017-05-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection was conducted in response to a well site restoration report submitted by Chevron. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was found to be restored and well vegetated. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
