2780738 Primary Facility 2018-09-20 Routine/Partial Inspection Violation(s) Noted At 09:10, I called Shawn Passauer (operator) to ask if he could open the gate to this lease so the we could test our GPS units that have been purchsed to work with our mobile inspection platform. I explained that the topography and lack of cell service on the bottom portions of the lease would be a perfect spot to test the reliability and accuracy of these units. Mr. Passauer informed me that he would not be around to open the gate snd thst perhaps I should try the sdjacent Pennfield Energy (formally Trimont Energy) lease.

Knowing that the wells could be accessed by foot I decided it would still be the better testing location and met Rick Swank in Tionesta. While traveling toward the lease we passed Mr. Passauer along Tank Hill Rd as he traveled in his dump truck pulling a trailer. Mr Swank and I entered the lease by driving through an open gate for Mr. Passauer's rock pit.
