A 50 ft rock entrance must be constructed before any equipment is brought on this location. The Department met on site with the Operator and their Consultant to discuss the waiver and site conditions. The Operator agreed to take all waste to a landfill because there is not enough room on location to encapsulate waste greater than 100 ft from the stream. The Department will conduct follow-up inspections in the near future to insure the site is in compliance with Oil & Gas Regulations. |
