2708366 Primary Facility 2018-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 8, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the EQT/Rice Energy John Briggs B well pad site. Present during the inspection was Travor Coslett (Completion Consultant) and Dave Guidas (EQT). The site is located in Aleppo Twp., Greene Co. The inspection was CEI related to violations noted on 11/27/17 and 12/13/17.

The operator has coiling tubing operations active on site drilling out frac plugs on recently hydraulically fractured wells on the site. The coiling tubing operations are on on secondary containment which is in good condition. The operator has remediated the two reported reuse water releases on the well pad. The operator has recently completed construction of the PCSM structures on the site.

9 wells have been drilled to TD on the site, and proceeding towards placing the wells into production. The 9 completed wells have been drilled during return operations to the site.
