Inspection ID | Inspection Category | Inspection Date | Inspection Type | Inspection Result | Inspection Comments |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1954725 | Primary Facility | 2011-03-01 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well tag present (although tag has been weathered recommend operator replace). Well did not appear to be in production. Access road appears stable. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed. Site restored. One brine tank located onsite, evidence of a possible brine release, Dept has plans to contact operator and have operator check structurally integrity of tank to ensure a leak has not occurred. Due recent heavy thaws and no observation of active leak, a follow up inspection will be conducted to ensure operator has appropriately responded to this inspection and determine if there indeed there was a IW release. |
