Department observed a hissing noise coming from the vicinity of the separator. The Department attempted to contact an operator representative while on-site. At 1319, the Department notified operator representative Steve McDaniels via phone of the above observation. Mr. McDaniels stated that a well-tender would be sent to the site immediately and he would then follow-up with the Department. At 1344, Mr. McDaniels notified the Department via phone that a valve was loose on the production equipment, resulting in a small leak. The well-tender tightened the valve, stopping the leak. Forwarded to OGI Jason Branan for follow-up as appropriate. |
