Mr. Rushe e-mailed Department a picture of well head with permit number attached. That picture is attached to this inspection report. Operator appears to be In Compliance with Policy at this time. Previously issued violation has been corrected. UPDATE 8-31-16: Inspection result being changed from ICP to NOVIO. |
