Well tag present and legible. Piping leading from well to top of brine tank appears to be unhooked. Department contacted Operator Rep Heather Lander by phone from site to recommend addressing piping issue. Ms. Lander stated she would contact field supervisor to follow up immediately. On 2-10-16 Ms. Lander contacted Department by phone and stated that the brine tank is not in use, piping is not hooked up to production equipment, and that the brine tank and piping will be removed. A follow up inspection will be conducted at a later date. |
