Department recommends Operator continue to monitor and maintain the structural integrity of the brine tank as necessary in order to prevent any potential pollution events from occurring and remove any equipment not needed for production from the well site. Well site is permanently stabilized with >70% uniform and adequate vegetative growth. Access road stabilized. No accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues observed at this time. |
