Report submitted and approved on 8/10/90. Well completed with 36¿ flange to 24¿ flange to 8¿ pipe reduced to 4 ¿pipe reduced to 2¿ production pipe and 5 shut off valves. Well head showed a 1800 ¿ 2000 psi. Production equipment consists of heater, separator (0 psi), 2- 100 bbl (< 10 bbl) and dual phase data logger (10 psi/0 psi), 2 ¿ 55 gal air foam drums, and heated ¿ 100 bbl tank. At the time of inspection, no IW and E&S issues at the site. Well tag present. It appears that the well is showing no production
